Yes because I think it's a great service but only under the right conditions. After 4 months of paying what I consider an exorbitant fee for a small business, I cancelled it. Now you have to understand that I was paying $391/month for 2 area codes in the Denver metro area and spending money on marketing as well. I had to have 2 area codes that have the same physical boundaries otherwise she could only receive calls from phones with that one area code. What we found was that there are at least 1/2 of her customers had phones with area codes from outside our area.
I believe that if Ike were to listen to my suggestion of a "metered rate" for small businesses it would be easy to sell to thousands of small businesses. Come up with a small monthly base charge and then a charge per connect fee. If a business gets 25 connects in a month then it's 25 x connect fee + small monthly rate ($25 or less). As the use of the service increases so does the revenue. Both I and one of the ambassadors tried to get my idea of a metered rate service for small businesses approved by Ike but got no response.
Bottom line is it's overpriced for small businesses and if priced properly it would be easy to sell and revenues would grow.
