As you know , connections, powerful friends, influential allies, family ties are very important in Latin America.
I mention this before - when you read a shareholder prospect first things caching your eye is underlying thought of protection against hostile take-over. Secondly, there is no way Mr. Fifer lets his powerful friends not to cash-in on PDI spin-over, and since it has to be RETROACTIVE - warrants/options has to be exercise now, which make me to believe that PDI spin is coming NOW and not later.
