Based on whose numbers? BR's...I don't know what his numbers stand for, does anyone really?

Anywho, I thought the MARTA claim issue was placed by the wayside, as in not factored in to any numbers, until the actual value of the claim could be ascertained, if necessary. Wasn't it cut down from approx. $40BB - $50BB to potentially only $10BB?
