vickers, I've seen some comments in messageboards that the Xbox next generation device will not be a "gaming" device but more of a computer/settop/mediacenter that plays games. So I don't think MSFT is stupid, they are going to enable hardware-based secure content methods with this new device. Is there a reason that these new versions are hush-hush? Maybe because 1.2 ain't out yet?
