buffett, that's the TCG all right, but not the same as Wave included. For the PC space, Intel bundles the Wave ETS, ESC and KTM. This is public information. For the WTPM, although due to the PC space bundling, we could *assume* that Wave is involved, we don't know.
IMO, what Wave could be doing is the same as their reasoning for joining the ARM Dev. Comm. Intel did build the Xscale on the ARM platform, so it is reasonable to assume that with Intel liking Wave for the PC side, they would also like Wave on the mobile side. Nothing solid at this point, but you raise good assumptions that others share.
