To view the delivered content, subscribers download a small software program via their broadband Internet connection. Each day, week, or month, they receive videos that are specific to the on-demand ‘channels’ of content the end-user subscribed too.

Let's face it, this is a Todito-type deal. But, lets not forget:

1) Spanish speaking people are globally the most numerous
2) Each deal like this increases Wave's subscriber base which gives them more leverage.
3) Todito might be going well, which is why this happened.

So I welcome this. I'd rather have these guys than NOTHING. This is a new model for content providers. Secondly, anyone in this game already wants to try and go it themselves. So WaveXpress' best customers right now are providers with limited and lean resources that do not have the expertise or the money do develop their own solution. At least they are still active.
