The SEC attorney told me the same thing LG, and also asked me if I owned shares in a couple of other companies...

the SEC attorney told me if their is a Huge Naked Short Position on EIGH the SEC will deal with it accordingly! Without me even mentioning it the SEC attorney asked me about a couple other stocks that were brought to their attention that seemed to be linked in some way to EIGH and the SEC is looking into those also for the same purpose.
