I would say a good piece of homework for the board would be to study the effects of an uplisting to otc. Find 3 stocks that have uplisted and improved. find even one. Why are people talking of an R/S for uplist? Not even close to needed at this point. Find a few comparison stocks to see the current effect of uplist news. MMs do not generally handle uplist news with a positive share price. Then determine why the hell you even care if there is an uplist. If your going to make this the forward looking event of the future you should understand if it really would do anything for you.
