ranger, mighty interesting question there partner. Let's listen closely to what get's said on the CC before speculating.

I'm going into the call hoping to hear signals showing high confidence. IMO sounding hopeful of a settlement would sound weaker than saying nothing much at all about settlement possibilities. I want to hear something that sounds like "we got'em by the nads and we ain't turning loose till the fat lady sings". Now, figure out how a smart lawyer like Howard would sound saying that on a CC at this point. I'm thinking silence is pretty close!
