Common people, it is obvious that BOD reprised the options in order for those warrants to be exercise now and not later. And that is why sp has been floating where it is. None of us has been buying those 100k blocks , those were not retail investors, but institutions, funds who-ever were making a quick buck or wanted shares for upcoming split.
Rain is OVER, sun is shining - all you have to do is get up above the clouds, and PDI is coming ( with 9 mil operational budget ).
No worry here.
