I have very low expectations in regards to what amount the dividend starts at, it will probably be an odd number like .075/share.

Yep, I agree! Why set yourself up for disappointment in hopes of a large dividend? I'm hoping for 1%-2% and will be pleasantly surprised if it is more than that. Just sayin'.....
