I purchased the new Accredited Consolidators Europe PLC filings. I don't see anything we don't already know.

Joanna Chmielewska is secretary and director. My Pleasure LTD is also a director and Accredited Business Consolidators Corp. is also a director.

The company has 5 M shares at .01 GBP per share for a total of 5000 GBP or approx. $80,000 USD.

Accredited Business Consolidators Corp. owns 4 M and My Pleasure LTD owns 1 M.
