I agree with your numbers Hefe -- I'm rather optimistic on the prospects of a 10x rise in PPS over the next 18 months. Scheer's comments in today's article are in-line with what he's been saying for ~6 months now. It sounds too good to be true, and yet it may not be.

CERP is an outstanding medium- and long-term investment IMO.
