Very funny. You can say that there are 27 units in Portland, but there are no units deployed/installed in the Portland market. They were once installed but have now since been removed and redeployed into Los Angeles on a limited basis (8 locations). If you go into a KV Mart store, and ask the managers what they think you will not get a favorable answer. Try it and you might get some good information.
