you make some very valid points, i can only add that once again daic has demonstrated his propensity to switch course mid stream and tmobile has shown that they are more than willing to merely bite hence tmobile's best bet is to deal w\ a stable minded BOD while they can rather to get tangled midstream w\ daic again
