The difference between 1929 and now is everything. Its a whole new world. Every day, month, year, decade the world economy is changing. The point is that people have been saying for forever that its all gonna end. And yet we're still around. I hear what youre saying and agree with it for the most part but to say there is no 'higher'. Someone will find a way.

EG - if interest rates even double from today's rate there will be huge losses in the realestate markets. Businesses will go bankrupt and millions of folks will lose their homes. And yet they said the same thing in the 70's when rates were 15%+. And yet we're still here.

You and I can take all the theories, data, whatever, and interpret it all to a 'T', but we cant make it happen. Only one thing will make me believe it will all end. That is when it actually does.
