Well its interesting reading that post again, I had been pounding the table about the stock when it dipped below $5 after listening to a Boone Pickens interview on CNBC.

He was very convincing, a couple weeks later Cramer was on board as well. The main push may have been the possible growth in the future with government backing but it was the new contracts with Vancouver bus fleets etc that was the meat and potatoes of the bizz. It was a perfect set up for a rebound and rebound it did. 300% plus...

I remember when I was a kid in the 70's a joke we always said to each other was "Its like waiting on an act of congress" well as an adult I can appreciate that a lot more lol

I used to chat with Cramer in email years ago pre 1999 and have always liked his willingness to comment on companies and stock picks. Right or wrong he gives it his best opinion. I admire his tenacity. CLNE reminded me of another company from the mid 90's TALX... TALX was a payroll outsourcing company just getting known and making some advancements in the fortune 500 market.

well since no one knew much about outsourcing then they pretty much ignored it. It was a $6 stock to put away for a long term investment like till you retire. The ones that could envision payroll outsourcing should all be retired from that one stock now.

I think they are private now not sure but in a ten year period wow... split after split was probably a 10 to 20 bagger when all was said and done. I figured about the same could happen with CLNE but would take the act of congress with Nat Gas to do this.

CLNE is still a winner for those who jumped on board in 2008 and has the potential now to triple again
