well he is not just objecting. he added a letter too:

he is saying thanks to the court for allowing schareholders to speak and than he attached a poem about "singing" (which in this context in would interpret it as whistleblowing)

noting the number of his shares and the expenses he is gone through to make it to the court from germany amazes me.
