NOTE 9 – EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN
The Company sponsors a Sec. 401(k) defined contribution retirement plan. Employees of the Company are eligible to participate in the plan. The
Company matches the employees’ contribution with an employer contribution up to 3% of gross salary. Contributions for the nine months ended
September 30, 2010 and September 30, 2009 totaled $10,305 and $8,319, respectively.

My opinion is that the workers are believing more in the company this is why the increase in the match plan, this is just one of many to consider, think about it, if you thought that the company wasn't going anywhere, would you as an employee put more money in the 401k plan that it was offering?

This is a good sign, a very good sign
