Understood with the boating business, but I have one question, why did the 3 amigos get into the business and borrow so much money, just when things were going down the tubes especially the large boats that were on the website? IMO - that is what they do, borrow money and see what happens.

If there is a disagreement in top management, some do "cut a deal" to move on, like the people that returned around 40 million shares a few years ago at DPDW.
