It would of been difficult to Cxl. his shares.. Unless when as a founder he had commited a fraud to get them,, how could anyone make him give them back..??? As for the Boat deal,, Edgewater Florida has seen thier Boating Industry go from over 1300 employees to less than 100 at the low and now back to just under 200.. The builders include,, Boston Whaler,, Everglades,, Edgewater and Mystic River Boatworks.. Also there were 15 Surf Board shops in the area and now there are 2.. Just down the road Sea Ray has shut down an 8 Million Dollar plant that never got it's doors open along with the other facility employing 600 workers.. So even though they are all in the boat business together,, the reason for its demise had little to do with thier ownership.. Boating sales were off a wopping 65% at the low and still are off more than 50% from the high levels of just 4 years ago.. The blame was free money from Congress and not the builders or resellers.. Today only one company offers floor planning for larger builders and that is GE Capitol..
