Spoke with the CEO today, he sent me

Pictures of the 9300 sq ft Lab and info regarding there equipment and products - They have 10 tons of nano tubes in stock and over $800,000 worth of equipment all paid for. Interior pics of the lab and equipment are being taken and I will post once I receive them.
Jim also mentioned that they have filled the papers for OTC listing and will be back on the OTC within 30 days!
