Sal, I believe, since Mediation was successful (as was reported) & SL has Complied wh the APA. The Launch will begin in Korea (wh Korean Approval) & Genohoc will be the MFG.

It makes sense since SL is still in the Loop & Genehoc has already Mfg the Harp once, along wh the KFDA Application being Submitted last year (Probably sitting wh an Approval Stamp already on it). This scenario makes more sense to me than reengineering and starting from scratch, JMO!!!
