Yesterday I phoned my broker to put an order in and he told me the bid was .004 and the ask was.005. I put the bid in for 2 mil at the ask. He put the order through and called me back within 10 minutes and said there was technical difficulties and the order could'nt go through. This morning I put the order in to buy 225,000 shares at the ask. I was told it was .0041 but they sold it to me at .004
