Anybody has an explanation for the cause ?
Could it possibly be that foreign distributors got their first order and are slow to re-order ?
Or did the same thing happen in Q3 of 2009 (slowing sales in the summer months) ?
Any explanation would sure be enlighten me.
Anybody has Whelan's email-adress?
As a marketing professional I see some flaws that I would like to point out to him: e.g. he should do a hell of a lot more on P.R. in the new markets such as Canada, Western Europe (P.R. efforts from the distributor should be an essential part of the distribution deals he signs).
P.R. is much more than DRTV essential in getting acceptance for a (completely) novel/new product on the market.
This amongst other flaws such as product packaging (the colours are utterly WRONG), or product design which is rather flaky at the least.
He may have been hiring professionals which have responsible for skyrocketing costs of personnel but I am NOT too impressed with their marketing efforts so far.
