Fog.....That is actually not a bad idea, although trading on the listed exchanges is not without abuse. Case in point, while it was totally a different situation, being listed on the NYSE certainly did not stop the wholesale naked shorting of Bear and Lehman into oblivion. Not sure if the cost associated with the move would match the benefits gained.
