I have mixed feelings for the immediate view, and very encouraged for the longer view.

Production costs remain high at Lac Herbin, however mill the combination of mill upgrades and further exploratory drilling to define a higher ore grade should remedy that somewhat.

The recent downturn in gold prices not withstanding, a higher degree of profitability will be realized if gold continues to the 1500 - 1650 range as projected by sources outside the company.

The combination of greater working efficiencies, higher gold grade, and a rising gold price should enable Lac Herbin to remain profitable until Snow Lake comes on line.

The Snow Lake Gold Project is what I'm here for, and that sounds as good as ever, at 80,000 ounces per year at $640 per ounce.
