Getting burned-out tracking this stuff 16/7.
Would be easier to maintain interest if there was some 'nuggets' to be had but, I've been coming-up dry lately. I'm either loosing my touch or...there's really nothing going on...on an accessible level anyway.
Think I'll cut way back on time spent here for the time being...
With any luck, we'll see the QTMM FINRA issue resolved ASAP, followed by some good news to take the PPS to a higher level, followed by the Solterra spin-off onto the NASDAQ. In the meantime, I see no reason to expect any QTMM filings or good news released...IMO, it would be wasted on deaf ears until QTMM's exchange status is cleaned-up. The big$$ guys don't put their $$ into stocks w/ exchange rating deficiencies (regardless of whether its warranted or not).
An alternate possibility [IMO] might be for Squires to side-step the entire FINRA BB Catch22 by doing a 'reverse merger' directly into a clean NASDAQ shell...either right now w/ QTMM or, later w/ Solterra alone....or both. The QTMM option might require an moderate R/S if done now at this low PPS but the Solterra option could be a the more attractive scenario (for the shareholders anyway)....hopefully, no R/S needed. I could of course, be wrong but, from what I've learned, this might be the most expedient method of handling this FINRA fiasco & transition to the higher exchange & ... it would cost a lot less as well. I'm also thinking that when the Solterra spin-off finally does happen, the existing QTMM shareholders might be rewarded w/Solterra 'warrants' instead of actual securities as the anticipated bonus dividend. If so, that still sounds good to me...freebee warrants w/the promise of a cheap Solterra buy-in later....IMO this method would likely relieve the pressure to dilute the (otherwise, 'attractive') QTMM &/or Solterra share structure.

Not going totally off-line....just cutting way back....GL2A
