Honestly, I don't know. But I said from the beginning I thought the reward had to do with the China deal. With the last announcement regarding the China deal it's clear some things have changed. But it also sounds like it's still clearly a go and for sure more news to come on that fairly soon. So what may have been planned at the time may have either been delayed or not come to fruition. If Matt pulls off big news betweeen now and the end of the year I think we will be rewarded with a major share price increase as I have been projecting. That works for me.

If you read the recent China announcement we only were told that Matt was the President. What it didn't say among other things are who is the CEO/COO. There was very little info. So we have a lot more to learn about that deal before too long IMO. Matt can't run the China company from Vegas.
