I will venture a guess that her boss told her to do a write up and she's too lazy to dig. Therefore, she looked for the obvious things that might get her off the hot seat and please her boss while taking no risk upon herself. Ahhh, the media.

That 'no employees' comment cracked me up. We're still in the stage of proving the resource, so should we have a couple thousand employees to suit her? They've already announced that they plan production to start in 2014...where was that in her essay?
