saddis... sure, if one looks at it in that sort of light it might appear that way. Let's look at it in this light:
Blackhawks got Lennox Tools to sign on and it appears that they are still a paying customer. Now I don't know what sort of per month fee they are paying, but if it's a 500/month deal that'd amount to 50 vanity keyword clients....if it's an area code specific deal, maybe 150/month or less, so that's 15 vanity keywords, so let's split it and say 300ish and make it 30 vanity keywords to equal such.

In 7 months, it appears he's landed one company, Lennox (correct me if I'm wrong). In 7 months I would argue that he could've landed 30 vanity kewyords netting him the same result in commission. I'd bet that in 7 months by word of mouth etc that in reality he would've been able to get at least 2,000 keywords and that's 1,400 per month commission. Now that's better than what he's landed so far and, frankly, I don't think it would take much to get to that number.

Sure, who wouldn't want to land 3 companies like Walmart, IBM, and Apple and call it a day. Those 3 alone, based on them getting top of the line leases, would probably net the ambassador a very nice monthly stipend indeed. But for all the wheel spinning done in the last 7 months, what does he (or indeed any ambassador) have to show for it?) They could've been suplemnting their income with little fish to keep them satisfied until they land the whale so they can feast.
