I have been involved in over 70 international partnership contracts and have dealt very closely with lawyers, granted these deals were not in the mining sector, which by all means always sounds more complicated, but when parties agree to make changes they usually do not take more than a week. If it does takes over a month, it usually means that they are still negotiating. Plain and simple! So if the contract changes have been incorporated and we still do not have a signed deal could mean that they awaiting on some other event. JMO
