In an effort to educate all:

When changes are made to a contract, any contract all attorneys will thoroughly review those changes depending on scheduling (scheduling meetings with the parties they represent) those changes could easily takes weeks to review and for all parties to agree to. Even if there already
was a verbal agreement to the changes.

We do not know the exact changes and would be foolish to speculate using a short time frame.

I hope for completion this year, we all must wait patiently for final approval.
NO ONE knows when exactly.
