MJ, something definitely is cooking. Someone wants those shares in the immediate future, PDI spin-of or buy-out might be in the cards. I still might be right about $ 1.60 not going to happen, because in case of spin-off - we would loose 25% of our value : 1.60 - .40 = 1.20 am I stubborn ? Smile

PS. I almost certain - it is a spin-off, call it a grape-wine.
