The last 10Q shows $31k in cash. I know Dennis Quaid is not George Clooney, but I'm guessing he will want a bit more to be a spokesperson for PNTV. Other film stars? Well maybe a D-lister would be happy with stock, but I don't know.
You might want to look up the listing requirements for Nasdaq. I think it will be a while until PNTV goes there. That's probably just as well. On the exchanges, companies rarely are valued on hype.
