I don't think so because they didn't check the box. If they don't check it, I believe they have as long as they want.

You have been around awhile so you probly know this but they are pink so nothing happens with their OTC Markets status if they file late. Only reason they file notices at all is so their registration statement does not get revoked or suspended or whatever.

I agree with you that excuse sounded lame, but I do remember them saying awhile ago that they had a problem accounting for their stock transactions. So I guess there is some continuity in their excuses. Maybe this is their nice way of saying its all the accountants fault?

I think your right. One day we will get bombarded with filings.
