Yes, the consors chart is funky with flat prices.

But if you look at

http://deutsche-boerse.com/dbag/dispatch/en/kir/gdb_navigation/home?

In the price search box, key in WMI

You will see that Xetra is between .0370-.0390 (EUROS!)

(Frankfurt has been flat at .038 (EUROS) -- so the graphs get wonky)

.038 Euros = .0521 Dollars

(Anybody using Yahoo for their data for WMI.F, c'mon, by now you should know that their feed and volume is notoriously inaccurate and should NEVER be relied on)
