brg was right, I found it on page 8 of 9, had missed it as the last few pages didn't appear to have anything filled out.

I'm somewhat aware of what a CD is , and we really have no idea what the terms were, it may or may not have been offered at a discount... it's even possible it was offered at a premium(although I admit not likely with a pinksheet company) we really have no idea and aren't likely to ever find out...
