It is strange. There seems to be a lot of 'positioning' going on, still. How long can that last. Check out the level 2 this morning, full of green arrows on both the bid and ask sides! Something coming finally? PPS having trouble breaking the .095-.10 range, when it does I think there will be a big run. JMO.
