I don't know. We'd have to look at those individuals and find out their association with the company. Perhaps they have made huge percentage gains already and are interested in locking them.

I don't know the 'rules' either. It's going to be an interesting day. But something inside (me) suggests that this is all in the best interest of the company going forward.
