I have a simple question regarding a new filing in Secretary state of corporation Nevada. There is a new filing says ‘Merge-Out’ on 10/27. What does this mean? Does it mean that Mike The Pike no longer exists? What will this do to MIKP stock?

Hey Sungpill-- It will have no effect on the stock itself-- the company still exists and Nevada has implemented several unnecessary costs in the past months, so we are moving domiciles--- it will have no effect on the stock or the company and its projects. thank you!

It’s been quiet for long. Investors are eyeing this stock for possible breakout. I think this is good chance for Mike The Pike to capitalize by recovering the stock price to a certain level.
Because the stock price fell hard from 0.0007 to 0.0001 in three days, I strongly believe the stock has very good potential to go up with any good news. I know lots of traders are eyeing this stock, saw 5 times of them clearing 0.0001 on asks already.

Thank you, Sungpill-- I'm biased, but I completely agree-- whoever had those shares took us to a point of difficult recovery, but I've been prepping the last months to ensure we have no shortage of progress and news-- things are very good here and I look forward to sharing in the coming days toward collective benefit.
