imho williamson's mo is never to win a case on merrits, but rather to fool the judge, the delay shows that daics "fast tracking" of the case was not abided by and I am hoping that they "seized" the moment based on an unwarrented presumption that they fooled the judge so that they better strike while the iron is hot to fool the judge quickly and again--if so what a flawed and pathetic methodology for manageing one's cases--the first thing they teach in law school is that anyone, including a lawyer, that is there own lawyer, is nothing short of a total fool, imho all here need to keep this in mind
