I have also been invested in CLYW for about 6 years now and don't plan on liquidating any of my current position based on the news. There will most definately be a dip today in the share price as many folks sell who were waiting to see how November panned out. Some folks simply won't want to hold the stock through the end of the year for tax purposes.

This is a very interesting predicament for shareholders because if the T-mobile case does end up settling in the next month, folks who jump out thinking that a settlement was contingent on the state course will be quite upset when they find out that it wasn't.
