Ok, this is my take, it's all about insider trading...and this shooting up just prior to the 10Q means to me that the financial report is going to be a good one. Once the report is out, most of the gains are already made, and that's when the sell off will happen. It will be interesting to see where this settles about 2-3 weeks after the report comes out.
