Yes, and Rosen is not happy. Judge said something would not be heard on Nov 23rd, but Dec 1st instead which gave some group of attornies more time to get their ducks in a row against Rosen.

The TPS attorney made a statement that the Examiner's report conclusions are baseless because his analysis reveals nothing new. He didn't say it exactly like that but that's basically what he said. He also said that their legal team has a lot of evidence to submit at the adversarial hearing on Dec 1st which never made it's way into the Examiner's report. He also mentioned that shortly after the ER came out, the debtors dumped almost 150,000 documents on them to read through which ticked him off because he would have liked to have access to those documents before meeting with the Examiner.
