The pps is seeming to perform on its own merits. I doubt that his antics actually did anything.

However, he said that he has intentionally messed around with the ask price, and then he further stated it on a message board to bring it to the attention of as many people as he could. In other words, somebody looking in might see that someone is messing around with the normal bid/ask/sales of a stock. That isn't a good thing.

I suspect this is pbassel from another board, and if so, it is a truly manipulative individual (as his postings thus far have been here).
