It is very important to point out that Constab does not have Dr Moro as their Chief Scientific Officer. If you start with a blank canvas and you give it to 2 different people along with a paint brush and aome paint, I promise you that you will not have the same result.
Someone commented in the past on what Constab was doing and how they were doing it. I remember that they were taking a different approach. I don't have the time or energy to reference that post, but I do remember they were NOT a threat whatsoever. I think it was Mata.
