Opportunity, if this is the follow on to the provisional patent application made last fall, it does not give any head start on the patent process. Absolutely NOTHING is done by the patent board on a provisional patent. It's only purpose is to establish the fact that the inventor is intending to file an actual non provisional patent. It's function is to help establish rights to an invention.
I do agree that Moro's intent would be to find a cure for cancer. That would be what his ego desires. In 2006, Moro was saying that he had cured cancer in mice. Now, do you have any inkling at all on how slow this process goes?
What Moro is saying in the press release is that a synthetic peptide is cheaper to manufacture and the product can be more consistent. You will have to wait and see if that helps the accuracy of Dog RECAF.
What should concern you is that Constab is not getting the cure rate that would be expected if RECAF was such a great way to deliver an anti cancer compound. 16% is great but with all that Moro says about RECAF, wouldn't you think it would be higher for Constab who is in fact using RECAF to deliver their compound.
