The Monk's Den organization gives financial advice and none of them are licensed to do so. They have no idea how much trouble they are going to be in very soon. It is absolutely insane. One would have thought that they might have at least consulted the rules or an attorney.

Williams has no excuse at all for any of this criminal activity. He has been in the promotion business for quite a long time and he should know the rules.
