IMO those PR's about KFDA and uplisting were based around the momentum that the stock had, the idea that SL would comply with everything, and that we had the harp. WE DO NOT HAVE IT now so how would we get approval? We haven't uplisted because Paul needed to know that xmdc would win the case FIRST.

Now, there is no more Sam but we have the blueprints which will be used to build our own version which is probably being worked on. In the meantime, I'm sure Paul is having convo's with manufacturers and completing financials. The key is that the Harp needs to be built before Paul says ANYTHING about manufacturers, partnerships, uplisting...
